As an **Customer Service Support**, you will analyze, interpret data, and provide logistics information to aid cost-effective, efficient, timely, and high-quality logistics solutions.
**Some of your responsibilities are but are not limited to**:
- Dispatch orders and shipments to appropriate carriers.
- Accurately enter orders into the system, ensuring all relevant details are captured.
- Process invoices and purchase orders accurately and efficiently.
- Follow up on outstanding invoices and implement collection strategies to minimize bad debt.
- Collect and verify Proof Of Delivery (POD) documents.
- File and update freight rates ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
**Minimum requirements**:
- **Studies**:High School Degree is **required**. Desirable (but not required) studies in International Business, Business Administration, Foreign Trade, or Logistics related. Other studies are also considered.
- **Experience**: At least **6 months** of experience working in bilingual operations, customer service, credit and collections, or related. Having experience in the logistics industry will be a plus.
- **Language**: Very good English skills. **B2+ or higher** is required.
**Perks**:
- **Schedule**:Monday to Friday9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. (November to March), and 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (March to November),following the American Calendar.
- **Contract**: Indefinite term contract + Benefits.
- **Places**: Only for **Medellín**. This position will be **on-site** at **WeWork Santa Fe**.
- **Salary**: 2.600.000 COP + Transportation Allowance (162.000 COP).
