Customer Service/support Specialist

**Position Overview**:
Dry Bulk Transportation has recently expanded and is looking for the next great addition to our Customer Service/Support team.
**Responsibilities**:
Customer service Tasks:
- Answer every call as quickly as possible with extreme professionalism. (4 calls per shift approx.)
- Assist and resolve any issues that might arise.
- Proactively identify and resolve issues that may impact the timely and accurate delivery of aggregate materials.
- Report any equipment malfunctions or maintenance needs promptly.
Administrative Tasks:
- Enter order details into a computer system and use the system to prepare and maintain accurate records of deliveries.
- Generate and review relevant documentation, such as shipping manifests and delivery confirmations.
**Qualifications**:
- Fluent in English and Spanish
- High school diploma or equivalent; Costumer service or logistics experience is a plus.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
**Working Conditions**
This role will be performed from the worker’s personal address. The worker will be required to provide the following equipment at the worker’s expense:
- A modern personal computer with Windows operating system
- Special software will be provided by the company.
- Reliable high speed internet connection
- A noise cancelling professional headset.
- General office supplies (pens, notepads, etc.)
