Join us. **About the Team**: About the Team SoundOn is an all-in-one platform powered by TikTok, designed to better service music creators through each step of their career — from TikTok integrated promotion tools to universal music distribution, from diverse monetization opportunities to smart music creation. SoundOn exists to give every music creator & label the power to authentically connect with new audiences and "do music" their way. **Responsibilities**: - Negotiate and acquire musical catalogs and frontline releases. - Implement SoundOn's content supply strategy by signing new labels and artists. - Analyze data to assess artist and track performance, identify market opportunities, and forecast business impact. - Manage business objectives including artist and label onboarding, new releases, and catalog migration. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful artist and label presence across digital platforms, fostering trusted relationships and artist development. **Qualifications**: **Minimum Qualifications**: - Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Music, Music Business, Economics, law or relevant working experiences - 5+ years of experience in Music A&R and labels & artists acquisition and development. - Strong negotiation and relationship management skills, including expertise in contracts evaluation and music legislations. - In-depth knowledge of Latin Music, Regional Mexicano, Pop or Urban Music. **Preferred Qualifications**: - Excellent communication skills and a strong music industry network - Entrepreneurial mindset and proactive in identifying and solving problems - Passion for music with a deep understanding of TikTok and music trends - Knowledge of digital music distribution, music industry trends across all genres TikTok is committed to creating an inclusive space where employees are valued for their skills, experiences, and unique perspectives.
