1. 'Develop and lead detailed network solutions of 3G/4G/5G Signaling Core elements such as PCRF and PCF.

2. 'Technical solution analysis, architecture, and Policy design

3. 'Migration and Database Conversion planning

4. 'Performance/Optimization Tuning

5. 'Integration/Interoperability Testing

6. 'Performance monitoring, integration, upgrade and troubleshooting

7. Prepare and Manage Technical presentations to the Customer to discuss solution architecture, call flows, definitions, and hands on service demonstration.

**Conocimientos**

1. 'Strong Knowledge of 3G/4G networks architecture.

Strong Knowledge about Telco Signaling Protocols (Diameter RFC 3588, HTTP/2)

2. 'Knowledge of IP networking (LAN/WAN, routing)

Understand standardization bodies (IETF, 3GPP, etc.).

3. 'Knowledge about Linux/Unix operating systems and bash scripting.

Demonstrate technical skills with 5G NFs (Network Functions).

4. 'Knowledge of NFV and Cloud environments.

5. 'Knowledge about containers, microservices, CI/CD, containers orchestration tools like Kubernetes.

6. 'Knowledge about Kubernetes, Docker, and Cloud deployment technologies.

**Experiência**

1. 3+ years of hands-on experience with Policy Products as PCRF and PCF.

2. 5+ years of experience in Telecom Market.

3. Good knowledge of main 3GPP interfaces

4. 'Strong technical skills and experience
