**_As a Sanctions Client Experience Officer You will have an opportunity to:_** - Investigate Sanction queries including Client interactions in line with Match Verification Guidelines (MVG) - Timely address all the client queries & escalate appropriately if not resolved on the same day - Track the responses from the clients and make decision on payments based on gathered evidence - Contribute to risk assessments and drive actions to address the root causes that can lead to breach of sanctions risk and reputational risk - Provide coordination and governance over issue management - Strengthens the control environment by ensuring adequate monitoring and governance - Perform ad hoc risk analytics to identify themes / trends / improvement opportunities and provide practical recommendations to enhance the quality and effectiveness of the control environment - Work with teams to implement and monitor a robust Risk and control governance mechanism for specific KRI’s - Provide expert transaction input for deliverables from internal and external clients and vendors - Contribute to special projects and provide feedback for all project related activities as directed - Contribute to the development of new techniques and processes within cash management - Develop and recommend strategic decisions based off in-depth comprehension of how the Cash & Trade Operations team interacts with others business unites in accomplishing objectives - Influence decisions through advice, counsel and/or facilitating others - Assist with Continuity of Business Coordinator, MCA Coordinator and Records Management Coordinator duties as assigned - Participate in MIS creation - Participate in ad-hoc duties in relation to process as assigned **_ Qualifications:_** - 5-8 years of experience in a related role to cash and trade operations and management or Client Service - Sanctions and/or Client service knowledge - Excellent Client communication and analytical skills - Fluency in English, both written and spoken - Effective skills in coordinating multiple tasks - Good knowledge of PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, Teams associated with graphic and analytical skills - Ability to handle confidential data - knowledge of SWIFT is a plus **_ Education:_** - Bachelor’s/University degree or equivalent experience - Post Degree or MBA is a plus. - **Job Family Group**: Operations - Transaction Services - **Job Family**: Cash Management - **Time Type**: Full time - Citi is an equal opportunity and affirmative action employer.
