This is the role and the main tasks:
More specifically, you will:
- Develop and implement strategies to drive net new sales and foster growth and retention of existing customers and partners across Latin America.- Identify and understand unique opportunities and challenges within the Latin America market. Create and expand relationships with key stakeholders, partners, and customers to maximize market penetration.- Devise and execute comprehensive sales strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives for the region. This includes developing approaches for sales, account management, and alliances.- Lead and inspire a diverse team of sales professionals, operations personnel, account managers, and alliances directors. Recruit and hire top talent while promoting a culture of motivation and achievement.- Collaborate closely with other departments, including services, to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies and exceptional customer experience.- Address the challenges of a diverse market with varying contracts and a lack of brand recognition. Focus on building brand recognition and targeting core industries to establish a strong presence in LATAM.- Strong preference for experience in selling Master Data Management (MDM)along with a solid understanding of Software as a Service (Saas) offerings.

- Proven track record of driving revenue growth and market expansion within the Latin America region.- Extensive experience in net new selling and account management, with a focus on customer satisfaction and retention.- Strong understanding of the unique challenges and opportunities presented by the diverse LATAM market.- Previous success in developing and executing effective sales strategies in the Latin America region.- Demonstrated ability to build and lead a high-performing sales team.- Entrepreneurial spirit and strategic thinking capabilities to navigate the complexities of the LATAM market.- Experience in the software industry, preferably with expertise in Master Data Management (MDM) and Software as a Service (SaaS) solutions.- Track record of raising brand recognition and establishing a strong market presence.- Proactive, resourceful, and visionary leader with a customer-centric approach to sales.- Previous success in championing sales efforts, expanding market presence, and fostering strong partnerships in LATAM.
