My name is Nate Ginsburg, and I am a serial entrepreneur. I'm the owner of Centurica, founder of SellerPlex, and partner in a handful of other online businesses. I recently completed the acquisition of Centurica and we are looking to fill a key role as a lead Project and Account Manager for our business.
**About the company**:
Centurica is the premier provider of Due Diligence services for online business acquisitions. This means our clients hire us to review their acquisitions to ensure the business is what the seller says it is, uncover any risks, as well as identify growth opportunities.
**About the role**:
It’s important for this person to have both high-level accounting experience as well as Due Diligence/M&A so they can get up to speed as fast as possible. In this role you’ll be working with our other accounting resources, but also will need to be handling some of the higher-level accounting work yourself. So this role is a combination of managing our team as well as ‘getting your hands dirty. You’ll also be the one presenting our DD reports to our clients, so it’s important that you present well and show up professionally.
This is a key role and could lead to more opportunities for growth. We are first looking to hire for the PM role, but if you are a good fit, this role has the potential to grow into an operations manager role. We currently have some interim help for this role but looking to bring someone on full-time that we can build around. You’ll have support getting on-boarded but also will want you to be able to jump in and add value as quickly as possible.
This is a full-time/project-based Remote position.

**Requirements**:
Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential
5-10+ years experience working in Finance/accounting at a Big 4 or other big CPA firms (Grant Thornton, BDO, Mazars, etc)
2+ years of experience in project management/operations
Experience in a Due Diligence or Transaction Advisory environment
Account management experience
Great management and leadership skills
High level of accuracy, diligence, and integrity
Detail-oriented
**Responsibilities (but are not limited to)**:
Handle higher-level accounting deliverables for our DD reports
Working with our overseas team (juniors)
Getting to the bottom of COGS discrepancies
Working on different complex tasks (if needed)
