Phase 1
- Basic operations support i.e. track and trace, load building, etc.
- They learn operations, terminology, and systems in a controlled program.
- 2 months long.
- Phase 2
- Carrier prospecting and adding new capacity into your system with clean data by utilizing our automation platform while covering future loads.
- The employee will continue to assist in operational support while increasing your capacity.
- Employee graduates to Phase 3 once they cover at least 10 loads/week for 3 weeks, timeline not to exceed 2 months.
- Phase 3
- The employee moves completely into a commissionable carrier sales role where they are covering future, day of, and hustle freight.
- They will continue to utilize our automation platform for carrier prospecting to increase the carrier base for the freight they are working on.
