**About The Role**:
**HRBP Colombia Bilingual**

**Reports to: TBD**

**The HRBP will provide full-cycle HR support to a Shared Services Center (SSC) with 50 employees, handling non-core business functions for a U.S.based company. This role ensures the effective execution of HR processes, including recruitment, employee relations, payroll coordination, benefits administration, compliance, training, and HR reporting. The HR Generalist will act as a strategic partner to business leaders, fostering a positive employee experience and supporting company objectives.**

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Talent Acquisition & Onboarding**
- **Manage end-to-end recruitment, ensuring timely hiring for open roles.**:

- **Conduct interviews, coordinate assessments, and facilitate hiring decisions.**:

- **Oversee onboarding to enhance new hire engagement and reduce early turnover.**

**Employee Relations & Engagement**
- **Serve as a point of contact for employees, addressing concerns and resolving conflicts.**:

- **Drive engagement initiatives to foster a positive work environment.**:

- **Support managers in performance management, coaching, and disciplinary actions.**

**Compensation & Benefits Administration**
- **Ensure accurate payroll cross checking in coordination with external providers.**:

- **Supports benefits programs, ensuring compliance and employee satisfaction.**

**Learning & Development**
- **Identify training needs and coordinate professional development programs.**:

- **Support leadership development and succession planning efforts.**

**HR Analytics & Reporting**
- **Maintain HR dashboards and generate reports on key HR metrics for decision-making.**:

- **Track and report turnover, absenteeism, and other workforce trends.**

**Required Qualifications**:

- **Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.**:

- **5 years of experience in a generalist HR role, preferably in a shared services or multinational environment.**:

- **Strong knowledge of Colombian labor laws and HR best practices.**:

- **H&S license**:

- **Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish (B2-C1 proficiency).**:

- **Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.**
