**Main Responsibilities**:

- Manage part of the document registration cycle, from the receipt and registration of POs and Invoices
- Process end to end Purchase Orders flow; coordinating with Head of Departments to obtain the necessary approvals.
- Collaborate with suppliers and assist their queries as needed.
- Register Invoices into our ERP Accounting system (365).
- Make payment to suppliers from banking entities.
- Tracking and Processing of Travel Expense Reports.
- Ensure compliance with procedures and Accounts Payable policies.
- Provide support during Audits Provide internal support to other Departments and Management team.

**Skills and Experience Required**:

- Graduated Business Administration//Accounting//Economics
- Experience dealing with Suppliers, in similar positions, is a plus
- Experience in Bank Reconciliations and Intercompany Operations is a plus
- Microsoft Dynamics ERP Knowledge also will be considered
- Excellent communication skills and interpersonal relationships is required
