Right now, we are looking for an
**Accounts Payable & Expenses Analyst, Ssr Adv **to join our team
- To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform the following:_
- Control Expenses operation and monthly closings.
- Ensure all Expenses policies and procedures are adhered.
- Assist team with gathering support for all audits, including pulling documentation.
- Investigates and resolves problems associated with expenses reimbursement and credit cards management.
- Assist in ad hoc projects as needed.
- Helps to define processes, methodologies, and work standards but also always is looking to improve existing processes.
- Possesses autonomy to perform day to day tasks without constant supervision
- Brings new and fresh ideas to the team/relevant stakeholders.
- What will help you succeed:_
- Thorough understanding of general accounting.
- Adherence to tight deadlines and quick turnaround for accounting deliverables.
- Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from various internal clients.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to develop and maintain an organized structure.
- Ability to work collaboratively & independently in a dynamic environment where adaptability is imperative.
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
- Concur knowledge.
- More than 3 years of T&E process experience.
- SAP
- Concur (if possible)
