**Remote* Bilingual Intake Specialist (English & Spanish)**

Are you fluent in both Spanish and English, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service? Do you have a background in sales and a solid understanding of the legal industry? If so, we want to hear from you eCustom Solutions is seeking a talented Bilingual Intake Specialist to join our dynamic team.

**Responsibilities**:

- Engage with potential clients in both Spanish and English to gather essential information and provide initial assistance.
- Utilize your sales expertise to effectively communicate the value of our legal services and guide potential clients through the intake process.
- Provide clear and accurate information about our firm's services, processes, and procedures.
- Accurately record and maintain client information in our system, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with legal standards.

**Requirements**:

- Proficiency in both Spanish and English (spoken and written) is a must.
- Must be an experienced Intake Specialist.
- Minimum of 2 years proven sales experience.
- Previous experience in the legal industry is a plus.
- Positive attitude and the ability to work well in a team environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients and colleagues.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- **Technical Requirements**:_
- _-Personal Computer running on windows 10/11_
- _-Hardwired connection from the computer to the modem (Must be Ethernet, NO WIFI)_
- _-Noise cancellation USB headset with microphone (Bluetooth, wireless or 3.5mm will NOT WORK)_
- _-Internet speeds of 25mbps download and 10mbps upload or higher is required_

**This is a full-time remote work and the starting pay USD$5 to USD$7 per hour**

**Salary**: $19,581 - $27,413 per hour

Expected hours: 42.5 per week

**Experience**:

- Sales: 2 years (required)
- Intake Specialist: 2 years (required)
- Remote Work: 1 year (preferred)
