**Compensation**:
$10 - $12 hourly

**Responsibilities**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Process System Changes**:Perform real-time Lead Docket, Vinesign, or Filevine customization during meetings, as necessary.
- ** Task Management**: Complete individual tasks as assigned within specified deadlines.
- ** Custom Field & Layout Management**:Build and customize project templates and custom fields in Filevine and Lead Docket, including section layout, task flow, deadline chain creation, report building, and converting document generation templates into Filevine-compatible formats.
- ** Familiarity with Filevine Products**:Build and customize platforms related to Filevine, including Lead Docket and Vinesign.
- ** Template Management**: Create, manage, and update client templates in electronic signature software.
- ** Field Mapping**: Map fields from CRM (Lead Docket) to ensure accurate and efficient document generation.
- ** Record Management**: Maintain and update records to ensure data integrity and compliance.
- ** Data Entry**: Perform accurate and timely data entry tasks as required.
- ** Data Cleanup**: Identify and correct discrepancies, ensuring data quality and consistency.
- ** Technical Support**: Support team members and clients with document control processes and software.
- ** Documentation**: Develop and maintain documentation for processes, procedures, and system configurations.
- ** Collaboration**: Work closely with other departments to ensure seamless integration and functionality of systems.

**Qualifications**:

- Ability to understand English-language task directions without formal documentation.
- Strong English oral and written communication skills.
- Experience in software implementation and integrations.
- Ability to complete tasks quickly and accurately.
- Effective collaboration and communication regarding task status.
- Preferred experience with Filevine and Lead Docket.
- Preferred experience with Docusign or Vinesign.
- Preferred experience with Custom and Merge Fields.
- Preferred experience in an administrative role within a law firm or legal department.
