**¿Cuáles serán las principales finalidades del cargo?**

️ Garantizar la solicitud correcta de tareas, compromiso de los trabajos
específicos y fechas de entrega acordadas.
️ Supervisar y controlar el cumplimiento de las solicitudes en alcance, tiempo y calidad por el equipo de trabajo.
️ Identificar riesgos asociados a incumplimientos de fechas, fin de actividades y realizar escalamientos a la directiva para definir acciones de mitigación.
️ Proponer estrategias que permitan asegurar la calidad y mejora continua de los procesos operativos y estratégicos del grupo.
️ Medir los resultados de cada una de las iniciativas de la compañía.
