**About Mobile Networks**

Mobile Networks, which includes mobile network products, network deployment and technical support services, and related network management. This business group will offer the full portfolio for customers wanting to buy mobile access networks. It target leadership in key technologies such as 5G, ORAN and vRAN.

**Manages LDO SE&Q as a one-stop-shop competence center for whole or part of a geographical zone, leveraging LDO SE&Q resources (internal,ServCo, 3P suppliers) to optimize costs and ensuring projects are delivered in scope of contractual obligations and within forecasted costs, time and required quality.**

**Job Responsibilities & Competencies**

Developing competences through training plan, coaching, best practice sharing, etc.
Manages mid-, long-term resources plan (internal and external capacity) based on business forecast and organization targets for assigned geography
Is accountable for the cost and quality efficient execution of all LDO SE&Q so that they respect customers’ SLAs, scope of work, quality requirements and control process execution
Is the escalation point for CDM or Project director for any unresolved issue from rollout management level
Ensures resources readiness (internal, 3P supplier) and availability with relevant competences according to needs of all projects planned on the assigned geography

Defines with Procurement the country 3P supplier strategy, defines local standard service catalogs and participates to supplier selection and supplier performance review process
Follows up and monitors 3P supplier overall operational performance (quality, costs, etc.) mitigating any quality issues
Validates Pre-Sales / Tendering costing and dimensioning of FF internal resource and supplier capacity in own geography

Is accountable to plan and manage the roll out of the deployment activities for whole or part of a customer project, ensuring the project is delivered in scope of contractual obligations and within forecasted costs, time and required quality.
