**Your Role and Responsibilities**

The Computer Operator monitors and control the operation of the distributed environment systems.

The operator monitor the system and Incidents Tools and works with others support team, escalation problems and act in Major Incident Managemt too, to ensure the resolution of the problem and normal operation of the systems.

Monitoring and Management Service of the Client's infrastructure and coordinated by the Kyndryl service leader

Attached detail of some of the management functions is required to perform:

- Notify incidents for the managed systems by telephone according to the escalation matrix of the contract.
- Carry out the escalation of incidents or problems towards the Client and / or Kyndryl according to the matrices provided.
- Request the opening of Severity 1 and Severity 2 incidents to the Help Desk for those incidents identified by Kyndryl and not reported by the Client, according to the procedure established jointly for this purpose.
- Escalate detected cases of damage or problems at the hardware and / or software level to the platform specialist. maintenance support provider of the product managed according to the operations manual and current contracts shared by the Client for this purpose.
- Monitor and document the monitoring event tickets in the requirements / incidents / changes tool according to the management carried out to guarantee that the requirement is complete / resolved.
- Execution, sending of documentary alerts and filing of evidence.
- Execution and sending of Log.

**Required Technical and Professional Expertise**

Technical Computer Operator for Distributed Console Operations, with at least 1 to 2 years of experience in Enterprise and Data Center environments (on premise / Cloud)

System Operatios.

Knowledge of Jobs programming schedulers

Accept flexible working hours( Day and Night shift ).

Problem, Incident & Change Management disciplines

Experience as a computer center operator and / or monitoring.

**Preferred Technical and Professional Experience**

Basic knowledge in Windows, AIX and Linux technologies.
- Basic knowledge in networks.
- Knowledge of ticket management tools. (Service Desk, Remedy, etc)
- Knowledge of event escalation flow (Alerts, Incidents).
