Key tasks for this role are to ensure transparency of actual figures for the Business Finance team, assure correctness of reported numbers in BRAVO on timely basis and be the main contact person to the local team. This is a key liaison role between the GS teams and local affiliates. **You will be responsible for**: - “Face” to local market Finance team, Business partner with local market team -> make Actual figures transparent for markets, support local affiliate as appropriate - Work closely with GS Pillars to ensure BuF in SC financial closing. - High level understanding of the local business - Primary contact for escalation related to GS topics - Ensures all financial reporting deadlines are met - Lead the CFS/CFM Team in the Southern Cone. - “Ownership” of country trial balances - Work closely with GS to ensure clear understanding of BvA variances - Lead the process of preview analysis of actual P&L to enhance accuracy and ensure allocations and accruals for an acumen P&L statement - Lead review of BS Reconciliations with the FD to ensure figures for MRC are accurate providing commentaries to support CoE and BUF analysis - Manage actual non-operational income and expenses, assessing risks and opportunities, communicating management impacts vs forecast properly **Qualifications**: **Qualifications and requirements**: - Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration/ Finance or Accounting - Languages: Spanish and English - Solid US GAAP reporting / accounting knowledge - ERP solid knowledge - Ability to multi-task, work under pressure, meet deadlines and be able to thrive in a fast-paced work environment - Strong verbal and written communication skills. - Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills required. - Effective analytical and problem solving skills, plus demonstrates drive and a willingness to take ownership for tasks and responsibilities.
