**What's the Role?**:
The purpose of the role is to provide technical advice and educate assigned customers on Hilti’s products, software, and services. The role involves providing technical advice to architects and engineers in order to secure specifications early in the design process. The job holder is responsible for key project specification of Hilti products, software and services, supporting the sales team in their efforts to sell a variety of Hilti solutions.

**What does the role involve?**:

- Visiting assigned engineering and architectural firms, customer offices and construction projects on a regularly to identify opportunities to specify and use Hilti software, services and products.
- Contributing towards the company’s growth and profitability through technical project management.
- Taking responsibility for key project specification of Hilti products, supporting the sales team in their efforts to sell a variety of Hilti solutions. This involves uploading and communicating specifications in Salesforce, working with the sales team to convert those specifications into sales and holding project meetings in conjunction with the local sales team.
- Provide technical support, training and advice to engineers, architects, customers and the sales team on all available software, services and products, consistent with the company's objectives and marketing strategy.
- Understanding of the digital technical resources and ability to explain their availability and use to our architects, engineers, customers, and sales team
- Support marketing team with the development, launch and maintenance of software, services and products.

**What you need is**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience with Power Industry development for specified engineering products/solutions.
- Proficient in English.
- Communication skills to create trust through active listening, influencing without authority, negotiation skills
- An agile approach to solving problems.
- Networking (internal and external) and understanding of internal processes and tools.
- Long-term strategic thinking to explain and transmit the targets & strategy to customers, peers and management.
