**What are we looking for?**

We are looking for a highly competent and motivated **Machine Learning (ML) expert** to join our product and technology team. Our company already utilises ML to power the core feature of our automatic ride tracking apps. You will be our trusted advisor in this area and work to swiftly optimise the performance of our predictive automation software resulting in outstanding accuracy and superb user experience results.

**Requirements**:
**Model training**:

- OpenCV/CoreML models (Random Forest) using scikit-learn and coremltools
- Django based training/evaluation project

**Recognition**:

- C++ code to process inputs on device (iOS/Android)
- JNA/Swift integration to call at runtime.

**Expertise/knowledge of the following useful**:

- OpenCV
- CoreML
- Scikit-learn
- Django
- Kotlin
- Swift
- C++

**Skills**:

- Proven experience as a Machine Learning Engineer or similar role.
- BSc in Computer Science, Mathematics or similar field + Master’s degree is a plus.
- At least two years' experience as a machine learning engineer.
- Extensive knowledge of ML frameworks, libraries, data structures, data modeling, and
- software architecture.
- In-depth knowledge of mathematics, statistics, and algorithms.
- Superb analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Great communication and collaboration skills.
- Excellent time management and organizational abilities.
- Strong Django/Python programming skills would be an advantage.

**What will you do?**
- Improving our apps mode-detection capabilities - helping us hit significant accuracy milestones across our iOS and Android apps.
- Accountability for the maintenance, optimisation and evolution of our machine learning system
- Investigating the viability of us operating self-running artificial intelligence (AI) software to automate our predictive models.
- Solving complex problems with multi-layered data sets, as well as optimizing existing machine learning libraries and frameworks.
- Running tests, performing statistical analysis, and interpreting test results.
- Train and retrain systems when necessary.
- Documenting machine learning processes.
- Consulting with managers to determine and refine new machine learning opportunities.
- Keeping abreast of developments in machine learning.
