As a **Pricing Specialist,** you will be responsible for preparing accurate price quotations for customers, managing pricing contracts, and ensuring compliance with terms.

**Some of your responsibilities are but are not limited to**:

- **Price Quoting and Proposal Management**:Prepare accurate and timely price quotations for customers based on guidelines and cost structures, assist the team in preparing proposals and presentations for prospective clients, and follow up on quote proposals sent to clients.
- **Contract Management**:Manage pricing contracts and agreements with carriers (ISO tank operators) ensuring compliance. Monitor quote validity and identify areas for improvement or renegotiation.
- **Updating Freight Database**: Ensure the in-house freight system is up to date and communicate with the responsible team for system maintenance.
- **Cross-functional Collaboration**:Work with operations teams to update quotes, provide alternative options, and advise on additional costs. Collaborate with the accounting team to assist in adding charges based on quotations and invoice disputes. Communicate with internal stakeholders to gather input and drive consensus on pricing decisions. Participate in projects to enhance pricing processes and systems.
- **Filing the accepted quotes with the US customs through DPI system.**

**Minimum requirements**:

- **Studies**: High School Degree is **required**. Desirable studies in International Business, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or Logistics related. Additional studies are also considered.
- **Experience**: 1+ years of experience in the role of a Pricing Specialist or related in logistics is required. Preferred experience includes pricing and quoting.
- **Language**: Excellent English level. B2+ or higher is required.

**Perks**:

- **Schedule**:Monday to Friday from **8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., **following the American Calendar,
- **Contract**: Indefinite term contract + Benefits.
- **Location**: Only for **Medellín**. This position will be **on-site **at WeWork Santa Fe Medellín.
- **Salary**: $ 4'000.000 COP.
