We are in search of a **Salesforce Business Solution Architect **to become a part of our **remote **team.

The ideal applicant should have a comprehensive understanding of Core Clouds, particularly Sales Cloud and Experience Cloud, and desirable familiarity with basic concepts in Prospect Engagement Solutions.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Conduct discovery from a business architecture perspective
- Engage in the development and rollout phases, contributing to deliverables such as Salesforce Capability Map and Business Processes Architecture L1/L2
- Spearhead the creation of the backlog RACI: A
- Contribute to High-level Solution Architecture
- Develop and promote Salesforce Sales and Experience Cloud Best Practices
- Facilitate all business workshops
- Aid in the continuous refinement of the Salesforce Business Architecture process

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Salesforce Business Architect with a demonstrated history of successful project delivery
- Proficiency in Sales Cloud, Experience Cloud, Data Management in Salesforce, OWD, OLS, FLS, Account Management, and Salesforce Lightning Experience
- Prior experience leading the creation of the backlog RACI: A
- Capability to contribute to High-level Solution Architecture
- Understanding of Salesforce Sales and Experience Cloud Best Practices
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to effectively communicate with clients and cross-functional teams
- Proficiency in English and Spanish (both oral and written), at the C1 level, allowing clear communication with clients and teams
