**General Purpose**
To develop and execute relevant marketing activities focused on market segments and strategic customers/partners, that create strong Nokia brand awareness and drive sell out of Nokia devices in Latam.
Responsible for maximizing campaign impact locally in alignment with global strategy and touchpoint planning; and managing the deliverables within the network for smooth execution of campaign.
Contribution as a key member of the HMD Latam sales and marketing team, reporting to the Head of Marketing (HoM), Latam.
**Main Responsibility Areas**
- Execute marketing strategy for Nokia devices & HMD services in Latam.Define regional marketing strategy in hand with HoM Latam with a focused approach on building the Nokia Brand in the Mobile Devices (Phones) Category & the Hmd Global Brand in the services Category.
- Develop & optimize the marketing mix and touch point together with rest of marketing team that introduce products and drive sales, including retail, partner, ATL, Digital, social and other media
- Maximize campaign impact locally in alignment with global strategy and touchpoint planning.
- Implement marketing plans that are aligned with global brand strategy and sales channels strategy -while ensuring proper governance.
- Responsible for planning and executing campaigns, including budgets and media briefs, to maximize their impact in accordance with defined campaign metrics
- Manage the timely and on budget deliverables within the network of local and regional agencies and partners for smooth execution of campaigns across all channels. and monitor compliance within global guidance
- Recognize deficiencies in existing marketing campaigns and develop practical solutions within the budget
- Work with our partners (e.g. Google, Qualcomm, Spotify, MTK etc.) on joint marketing initiatives which could benefit the brand
- Work with HoM Latam to represent the local markets and provide local inputs and experience into the global campaign development process,
- Work with agency partners to produce quality content, liaise with global on any necessary changes or approvals and request global support when local marketing campaigns are needed
- Select and manage agencies and vendors deliverables and resource allocation according to the compliancy rules and manage the relationship to ensure that they execute in the most cost efficient manner
- Monitor, manage and report the performance KPIs, ensuring issues are addressed, quality is maintained and business targets are met
- Communicate with senior management about marketing initiatives and project metrics, as well as to brainstorm fresh strategies
