Middle Salesforce Automation Tester

We are in search for a remote **Middle Salesforce Automation Tester **to join our team. In this role, you will ensure the quality and performance of Salesforce solutions through comprehensive and rigorous testing.
Your responsibilities will include planning, designing, and executing functional, integration, and performance tests on Salesforce solutions to identify defects and ensure software quality.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Plan, design, and execute functional, integration, and performance tests on Salesforce solutions
- Develop detailed test cases and test matrices based on functional and technical requirements
- Perform regression testing to ensure that changes and updates do not introduce new problems or affect existing functionality
- Document and track issues identified during testing, using issue tracking tools such as Jira or Salesforce Agile Accelerator
- Collaborate with the development team to identify and resolve performance issues
- Provide feedback and suggestions to improve development processes and ensure timely delivery of high-quality solutions
**REQUIREMENTS**:
- 2+ years of prior experience in software testing, preferably in the Salesforce environment
- Knowledge of Salesforce development and administration tools such as Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and Salesforce Administration
- Familiarity with test automation tools such as Copado, Salesforce Test Automation Framework (STAF), or Salesforce Test Automation Suite (STAS)
- Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams
- B2+ English level proficiency for effective communication
