We are seeking a** Mid to Mid+ QA Automation Engineer** with a strong English level to join our team. Here are the challenges that our next warrior will face and the requirements we look for:
**Position Title**: Mid to Mid+ QA Automation Engineer

**Location**:Hybrid - Medellin

**What you will be doing**:
We are currently seeking a dedicated and skilled Mid-Level QA Automation Engineer to join our Quality Assurance team. In this role, you will be instrumental in ensuring the reliability and functionality of our software products. You will design, develop, and execute automation scripts using open-source tools and provide end-to-end solutions to software quality problems. Your responsibilities will include:- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand product requirements and develop effective test strategies.- Identify, record, document thoroughly, and track bugs through their lifecycle.- Perform thorough regression testing when bugs are resolved.-
- Monitor debugging process results and investigate the causes of non-conforming software.- Stay up-to-date with new testing tools and test strategies.

**Requirements & Qualifications**

To excel in this role, you should possess:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.- Minimum of 3 years of experience in QA automation.- Proven experience in QA automation using Selenium, TestComplete, or similar tools.- Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes.- Experience in writing clear, concise, and comprehensive test plans and test cases.- Hands-on experience with automated testing tools and scripting.- Familiarity with Agile frameworks and regression testing.- A solid understanding of SQL and scripting.- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.- Detail-oriented with a keen eye for identifying bugs and inconsistencies.

**Nice to Have Skills**- Experience with performance and/or security testing.- Knowledge of CI/CD processes and tools like Jenkins.- Experience with API testing.
