Ejecutar, revisar y analizar los procesos operativos relacionados con el producto de Tarjeta Corporativa Mantenimientos en la documentación correspondiente a la creación, modificación y cierre de Empresas y/o tarjetas vinculadas al programa, así como servicios adicionales asociados al mismo de acuerdo a las políticas exigidas por el banco con el fin de controlar el correcto input de la información.- Verificar los requerimientos del cliente, detectando el tipo de solicitud y el total cumplimiento de las políticas establecidas por el Banco, en cuanto a firmas y documentación necesaria. - Realizar el debido proceso de validación de seguridad de los titulares y administradores, a través de la consulta screening, y verificar que no se encuentren registrados en la lista de Sanctions y Non Sanctions. - Efectuar el proceso de Message, Re-escreening de administradores y Search, asegurando que las personas vinculadas con el Banco, no se encuentren relacionados en las listas OFAC. - Analizar las solicitudes realizadas por el cliente (creación, modificación o cancelación) a través del formato establecido o carta, confirmar cumplimiento de la política interna y procesamiento en sistema VASA si diera lugar. - Asegurar la debida documentación y registro de evidencias de los procesos. - Actualizar la información requerida por el cliente en los diferentes sistemas dispuestos por el banco - Transmitir los archivos remitidos por el proveedor Prisma, para la respectiva personalización de los plásticos. - Atender solicitudes realizadas a través de Servicio - Recibir y procesar las solicitudes relacionadas a tarjetas corporativas de CITIBANK Y COLREPFIN, entre las cuales se encuentran creación, modificación y eliminación de tarjetas y administradores. - Consolidar, registrar y verificar el consumo de plásticos según información enviada por el proveedor. - Asegurar el cubrimiento de los procesos de los cuales se es responsable bajo controles medibles y cuantificables dentro del tiempo, permitiendo evitar deficiencias en las revisiones de MCA e issues de auditoría. - Utilizar las herramientas proporcionadas solo para fines corporativos que apoyen la función de negocio. - Cumplir con las capacitaciones mandatorias asignadas por el Banco. - **Job Family Group**: Operations - Transaction Services - **Job Family**: Cash Management - **Time Type**: Full time - Citi is an equal opportunity and affirmative action employer.
