**Job Description**:
El practicante de Acceso a Mercados Podrá trabajar en una unidad transversal a las diferentes áreas de negocio, siendo el principal apoyo Director del área, lo cual le va a permitir tener una visión periférica de la compañía, incluyendo mercadeo, ventas, comercialización y política pública. También tendrá la posibilidad de aprender de un equipo multidisciplinario con diferentes habilidades y conocimientos que incluye ingenieros, economistas, abogados, médicos, enfermeros, entre otros.

**Estas son algunas de las funciones que realizarás como practicante de Acceso a Mercados**:

- Realizar el análisis de información para orientar la toma de decisiones entre los equipos cros funcionales.
- Estructurar propuestas de negociación con diferentes clientes.
- Apoyar en procesos operativos y logísticos de la unidad y servir de apoyo en el desarrollo de propuesta innovadoras en la unidad Acceso a Mercados.
- Elaborar presentaciones para reuniones con los equipos directivos.
- Seguimiento y análisis de los indicadores mediante la creación de dashboards en Power BI
- Apoyo en la implementación de estrategias basadas en análisis de datos y tendencias de los comportamientos comerciales.
- Analizar la información y generar insights para la unidad de negocio.

**Lo que debes tener en cuenta para aplicar**:

- Contar con el aval de tu universidad para realizar tus practicas universitarias.
- Ser estudiante de Ingeniería Industrial.
- Manejo y conocimiento de Excel y Power BI
- Preferiblemente conocimiento intermedio de inglés
