Junior Building Consultant

**Responsibilities**:

- Perform invoice review and audits.
- Willingness to learn how to perform damage assessments and preliminary budgets.
- Support the evaluation of restoration measures and scope of repairs.
- Prepare estimates using RS Means, Xactimate 28, Microsoft Project, and Microsoft Excel.
- Maintain required file work, quality standards, project documentation, and deliverables.
- Communicate with executive management to ensure deadlines and cost targets are met.
- Technical degree or bachelor’s degree from accredited college or university.
- Advance level of English of at least a C1.
- Additional skill set or knowledge in service lines such as Roofing, and Exteriors would be a bonus.
- Experience working with the Office Suite of Tools including Excel.
- CAD/BIM knowledge and experience will be considered a plus.
- 0-1 years relevant work experience, specifically within the field of commercial construction as field/project engineer or assistant project manager.
- Resourceful, data driven and a great team player.

- Industry related degrees, credentials, or certifications.
- Previous experience using estimating programs such as Microsoft Project.
