We’re looking for a People Services Specialist to specifically focus on the LATAM region. This role will provide a best in class People Service to all employees for this specific region.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Responsibility on a regional basis for all People lifecycle transactional activity including (but not limited to) onboarding, offboarding, job data changes, employment verification requests, benefits enrolment, modification and cancellation
- Maintain data in all HR platforms for all lifecycle activity
- Provide administration support for cyclical events such as audits, surveys, merit increase, bonus events
- Undertake query management for your region and provide satisfactory resolution within the SLA
- Undertake all transactional activity as per process SOP and ensuring completion within SLA
- Undertake all legal, compliance and statutory requirements within the required timelines for all transactional compliance activity i.e new hire government registrations
- Escalate any request for changes to process, content, templates and policies to the People Services Excellence Team to undertake a review of the request
- Track frequently asked questions through to the content bank to build a knowledge base across the team
- Monitor and review trends on queries by region or topic and make recommendations for process and content improvement to the People Services Excellence Team
- Continually undertake knowledge upskilling by reaching out to key stakeholders to learn more about your region, the People Team vision/roadmap and the Business including attending key events, webinars and self-learning

**EXPERIENCE REQUIRED**
- Fluent in written and spoken English
- Fluent in written and spoken Spanish
- Ideally be studying (or have) an HR qualification
- Previous HR Operational/Shared Services experience
- Previous experience utilising an HRIS, ATS and case management system
- Strong attention to detail
- Ideally have previous experience of working remotely and working in a remote teams
