**Misión del cargo**:
The main objective of this role is to create, maintain and enhance the business operation processes, identify opportunities, define KPIs and OKRs, giving visibility to internal as well as external stakeholders.

**Funciones**:

- Streamline biz ops processes and funnels.
- Data analysis, dashboard creation, and reporting (internal & external).
- Support ongoing NPS measurement, conduct root cause analysis to identify growth drivers and opportunities to improve customer/ally experience.
- Help determine strategic areas of focus for the vertical and prioritize requirements and developments.
- Assist in developing exec-level reports & presentations.

**Requisitos indispensables**:

- Excellent analytical skills
- Power BI
- SQL knowledge
- Excel

- Strong communication & stakeholder management skills with proven ability to influence outcomes.
