**About this role**
We are looking for a Software Development Project Manager to join our growing team. This is a 100% remote position, meaning you can work from anywhere in the world. You will be responsible for overseeing key projects, enforcing deadlines, collaborating with development teams located in India, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality, innovative solutions.
**SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS**
- Bilingual: Spanish and English needed (spoken and written).
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a Technical Field.
- Excellent level of knowledge of computers and software.
- Proven experience managing technical teams and software development projects.
- Strong knowledge of React, PHP, JavaScript, HTML, and related frameworks and tools.
- Ability to work with remote and multicultural teams, preferably with experience managing teams in India. A team-oriented attitude with experience collaborating across departments and levels
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) is a plus.
- Must be analytical, proactive and resourceful.
- Attention to detail and organization are critical to this role.
- Excellent organizational and analytical skills, time management, multitasking skills, and priority criteria.
- Be pro-active and self-driven to fulfill all job responsibilities without close supervision.
- Ability to multitask and perform duties outside of the scope of work when necessary.
**Main Responsibilities**:
- Lead and manage a geographically distributed development team, with a focus on India.
- Supervise and ensure the development and maintenance of software using key technologies such as React, PHP, JavaScript, and HTML.
- Set clear goals for the team, monitor progress, and address technical and organizational challenges.
- Ensure the implementation of best practices in coding, testing, and deployment across all projects.
- Provide constant feedback to the Manager, ensuring optimal internal communication for a more efficient process.
- Collaborate with other departments to align technical strategies with business objectives.
- Foster clear and effective communication in both Spanish and English among multicultural teams.
- Implement and enhance agile software development processes.
- Maintain active communication with all users.
- Maintain the confidentiality of company and client information in accordance with established policies.
- Perform other duties and special projects assigned by the Manager head.
- Type in data and codes required to process information.
- Entering, importing and extracting data across different software.
- Train other staff and users in following the protocols created.
- Retrieve, confirm, and update data.
- Help the Data Department to fulfill services when needed.
- Offer hands-on support with tasks to ensure operational efficiency.
- Maintain logs of messages to and from computers.
- Create, reconcile, and deliver comprehensive reports on performance, analytics, and project updates.
- Technical support to end users.
