We design the physical facilities and infrastructure that support the computers and network infrastructure for cloud providers and other types of organizations. We design and, in many cases, manage the construction process of the facility including the complex electrical, mechanical, automation and security systems to power, cool and secure the large number of computers that are housed in these facilities.

**What will you do**:

- Create and manage construction schedules for data center projects in North America using Primavera P6, MS Project, Procore.
- Use estimating tools to determine budgets for quantities of materials and labor required to complete a project
- Determine and calculate critical path, resource requirements and project stack
- Produce GANTT charts, Resource charts and other reports to project stakeholders
- Create and manage subcontractor's and supplier's agreements
- Create meetings and take meeting notes with the clients and the project team

**What we expect**:

- Excellent (minimum B2) written and verbal English skills
- A Bachelor's/Master's Degree in Construction or Engineering
- 2-5 years' experience in the construction industry managing complex construction projects with a large electrical and/or mechanical component; projects can be a variation of commercial, industrial, transportation, or utilities.
- Experience with Primavera P6, Microsoft Project is a must
- Good experience in Revit is required
- MS Access experience is an asset but not required
- Microsoft Office proficiency (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong organizational and management skills with the ability to multi-task and to initiate tasks
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
