Here, you’ll be part of a company that values and champions new ways of thinking, work with dynamic individuals, and acquire new skills and experiences that will propel your career to new heights.** **Making animals’ lives better makes life better - join our team today** Location: Bogota Type of work: Hybrid (50% in the office / 50% at home) **Job description**: The CASA Marketing Leader has primary responsibility for enabling creation and delivery of Marketing strategies and processes in the affiliate to improve the customer experience (considering B2B abd B2C and achieve commercial goals for the affiliate, including the value of the portfolio (pricing and volume).. **Functions, duties and tasks**: - Own pricing in coordination with Finance and forecast in coordination with sales and supply, with mandatory participation in local Pricing committee and S&OP; - Accountable for the development and execution of brand plans. - Develop and monitor key metrics of marketing campaigns. - Enable the marketing team to develop marketing strategies for all products not supported by Global Marketing. - Enable the digital transformation - Lead governance of local Marketing team including Code of Conduct, Ethics and Compliance, Promotional material procedure. - Own the marketing competency model. - Influence the organization to accomplish marketing goals and represent Brazil marketing in global forums **Minimum qualifications (education, experience and/or training, certifications required)** - Product management experience at least 3 years - Commercial experience or similar at least 2 years - Team leadership roles at least 3 years - Bachelor’s degree in biological sciences, statistics, DVM, Engineering or Marketing - Master in administration and /or similar - Marketing education or specialization Elanco is an EEO/Affirmative Action Employer and does not discriminate on the basis of age, race, color, religion, gender, sexual orientation, gender identity, gender expression, national origin, protected veteran status, disability or any other legally protected status
