Accounting Closing Entries' Analyst

**Main Objectives**:
Registration of bills, legalizations and other closing documents that guarantee prompt and accurate accountable information of the division in charge, ensuring the normativity compliance, controls and standards, following the service level agreements established within business. Securing along with the accountability manager the accomplishment of the operations of accounting closure and generating the derived reports, such as analytics and reconciliations. In the same way, assess the different requests that can be derived from the business.
**Functions**:
- Register material and service suppliers' bills and legalization documents.
- Develop the closure adjustments, provisions, re-classifications and registers.
- Develop the payroll registrations in the platform.
- Reconciliate with banks and involved transactions.
- Execute the depreciation and amortization processes.
- Execute, validate, and reconciliate the currency exchange difference.
- Trial balance analysis.
- Elaborate closing templates.
- Elaborate closing reports.
- Take charge of tax inspection visits, handing over requirements and answering doubts.
- Develop balance sheets of intermediate and final periods with their revelations' analysis.
- Assess the different accounting requirements requested by the business.
**Working Hours**:
monday to friday from 8:00 am to 5:30 pm
**Working model**:
Hibrid (virtual/on site)
**Academics**:
Professional in finance, accountability and related areas.
**Experience**:
2 or 3 years within accounting or finance areas, balance sheets and bank reconciliations.
**Specific knowledge**:
- Excel (Intermediate-advanced) (mandatory)
- SAP (Desireable)
- English (B2-C1)
