Telemarketer

We're looking for exceptional **Telemarketers** to join our growing team immediately

**NOTE: All Resumes should be in English.**

Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

- Outbound and inbound calling and/or appointment setting using a dialer or VOIP system
- Prospect for new business and follow up with leads in the pipeline on a daily basis from various lead sources
- Manage and organize leads in CRM; Ensure correct information, notes, and all pertaining details about the lead are recorded
- Accurately track and convey productivity and sales metrics to management
- Qualify leads to accurately conveying motivation, competition, and financial specifics to real estate agents
- Handle data entry, online research, scheduling calls, and other administrative tasks to keep things organized and up to date

Qualifications:

- At least 1 year of proven experience as a Cold Caller or relevant role
- With Excellent English and Spanish Communication Skills (Oral and Written, Excellent spelling and grammar
- Solid organizational skills
- Excellent time management skills
- Able to work on a US time zone shift
- Experience with word-processing software and spreadsheets (e.g. MS Office)
- Knowledge of online calendars and scheduling (e.g. Google Calendar)
- Tech Savvy
- Proactive attitude

Technical Requirements:

- USB Headset with Noise Cancellation feature
- Working Webcam
- Primary and backup computer: at least 1.8 GHz processor with at least 4GB RAM
- Main Internet Service Speed: at least 25 Mbps wired connection
- Backup Internet Service Speed: at least 10 Mbps

Schedule: Full-Time and/or Part-Time (PST, MST, EST, or CST)

**Salary**: $1,750,000 - $3,500,000 per month

**Experience**:

- Lead Generation: 2 years (preferred)
