Junior Proposal Coordinator - Cali (Hybrid)

What will you do?
- Coordinate and review documents from Sales Managers and Coordinators
- Populate and verify Census & pricing info in the proposal workbook
- Monitor submission status and ensure accuracy
- Support sales goals through operational excellence

Location: Versalles - Calle 22 norte # 5bn
- 102

Schedule: Monday to Friday | 8:00 am - 5:00 pm EST | Weekends OFF

Hybrid mode after training and strong performance

You’re a great fit if you have:

- Administrative experience (+2 years)
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Marketing, or Economics
- Advanced Excel and MS Office skills
- Knowledge of healthcare benefits (a big plus)
- Salesforce experience (nice to have)
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Teamwork and communication skills to work cross-functionally
