**Main Responsibilities**:
**Key Requirements**:

- Responsible for the design and implementation of policies, procedures and security standards, and regulations requirements
- Manage, administer and safeguard the security of the entity's information and cooperate in the definition and implementation of corporate policies, in order to guarantee security, thus mitigating the risks of computer fraud that may cause damage to integrity, availability, and confidentiality of own or third party information managed by the bank.
- Promote that the information security standard is formally established and periodically reviewed.
- Promote the process of identification and protection of information assets identify vulnerabilities.
- Define the Management Security Plan in order to establish the mechanisms for a correct administration of the security of computer assets, and technological environments.
- Develop, implement and communicate the management of security incidents that affect information assets.
- Develop, implement and manage the definition and assignment of user profiles and it is periodically reviewed.

**Desired Requirements**:

- 5+ years as a Cybersecurity head in the financial services and/or high tech industries5+ years of experience in digital first companies with products and services delivered through mobile apps and/ or websites
- 5+ years of experience as a people manager
- Business and goals oriented
- Proven track record of launching and fastly growing technology products, participating from the idea conception to the product delivery
- Experience in a fast-paced, data-driven environment: product companies, growing startups MBA is a plus
