**About Rol**

You will be part of the team of analysts and monitoring at the service center and the Monitoring Center of Chiper S.A.S., which will ensure control, supervision, and real-time analysis of the production and logistics operations of Chiper SAS.As a Monitoring and Control Analyst, you must be highly skilled in the use of computer, digital, and telematics tools to perform control and analysis tasks. Additionally, you should be calm, have a positive personality, possess teamwork skills, be tolerant of pressure, have low stress levels, high concentration, excellent memory, attention to detail, millisecond response capability, and perfect coordination between words and actions. You should promote proactivity and be always willing to learn from mistakes, implementing plans to minimize errors and ensuring that the activities for which you were hired are carried out in the best possible way,

**What You’ll Do**
- Provide professional support in the review and audit of SOPs in fulfilment distribution centers.
- Control operations according to the event matrix.
- Total control of CCTV.
- Control and supervision of available security mechanisms such as alarms, sensors, etc.
- Control communications and coordination of security schemes.
- Control security schemes.
- Control and supervision of communication channels. Manage reports and indicators.
- Manage reports and indicators.
- Generate daily reports on control and monitoring activities.
- Ensure absolute confidentiality of information.
- Prepare respective reports and communications on security events and incidents.
- Monitor and provide results of internal process audits.
- Daily update of the incident or event database, contributing to the updating and analysis of KPIs and graphical trends of potential risky events.
- Ability to respond immediately to conflict resolution and incidents.

**Required Qualifications**
- Professional, technical degree or diploma in the field of informatics, including database management, spreadsheets, word processors, image and video editors.
- Knowledge of technological media, CCTV (experience).
- Experience in personnel management.
- Decision-making ability.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Strong written communication skills for report writing.
- Analytical skills.
- Availability for night and rotating shifts.
