To excel in this role, you interact with cross-functional stakeholders to manage spend and market analytics (for example, conducting “make or buy” analyses). Strong relationship management of selected global/regional suppliers and internal stakeholders forms an important part of the responsibilities of this role. This person works closely with the regional business and global Spend Area teams for both Agencies and Media to facilitate best practice sharing and drive advantaged cost, quality, service, and compliance to the organization. The role will be based in Colombia and will work with Global and Latam M&S Procurement teams for local/regional/global projects and work streams. **Join our mission to change the way the world consumes snacks. You also generate insights from bidding events, prepare supplier negotiation materials, support project execution and supplier relationship management, and drive controls and compliance. **What will you bring** A desire to advance your future and accelerate your career with experience and knowledge of: - Procurement - Data analysis - ability to analyze and visualize large amounts of data - Experience in analyzing the supply market - Project management - Negotiation Skills - influence and build collaborative relationships - Ideally, experience in Procurement -Marketing and Sales categories. - More than 5 years in Procurement areas. **Education / Certifications**: - Business administration and related **Specific job requirements**: - Windows package, stakeholder management, negotiation skills, knowledge of marketing categories. - Fluent English is required **Main Responsibilities**: Procurement role responsible for leading the following marketing categories: - **Media Agency **and media vendors Negotiation and relationship Management - **Creative Agencies **Negotiation and relationship Management. - **Content Production Partners **(TV commercial, digital materiales) Negotiation and relationship Management with content production suppliers. - **Ecommerce - **support ecommerce growth and integration of Media in ecommerce executions. - **Insights & Analytics - **support I&A projects and work closely with LA Sourcing Specialist I&A to execute local negotiations according to the BU needs. **STRATEGY EXECUTION & SUPPLIER RELATIONSHIP MANAGEMENT**: - Support global strategy development and execution for regional and local Spend Areas - Analyze spend data and understand the business needs. - Provide local market and supplier insights to maximize opportunities. - Develop sourcing strategy with implications on the BU (e.g. productivity, cash, revenue). - Support the supplier negotiation strategy at BU level according to global strategies. **RISK MANAGEMENT & COMPLIANCE**: - Ensure contract implementation and drive contract compliance as per globally agreed Procurement policies for regional Spend Areas - Work in close collab
