**ABOUT THE ROLE**:
As a member of our team, you will have the unique opportunity to work directly with domain experts on the customer side. Your role will involve translating these insights into innovative data solutions. By leveraging your expertise and collaborating closely with our customers, you will play a crucial role in delivering tailored and impactful solutions that address their unique requirements.

Who are we looking for?

**SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE**:

- Complete language proficiency in any modern language such as Python or Java.
- Proficiency in SQL, including querying language (join types, filtering, aggregation) and data modeling (relationship types, constraints).
- PySpark, including DataFrame operations and PySpark SQL functions, and understanding of differences with other DataFrame implementations like Pandas.
- Conceptual knowledge of distributed computing systems, such as Hadoop and Spark, including the understanding of drivers, executors, and partitions.
- Common relational database models and proprietary instantiations such as SAP and Salesforce.
- Knowledge of version control and collaboration workflows using Git, along with best practices.
- Familiarity with agile and iterative working methodology, as well as rapid user feedback-gathering concepts.
- Understanding of data quality best practices.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Data Pipeline Development & Maintenance: Create and maintain data pipelines.
- Integrate New Data Sources: Add new data sources into the system.
- Two-Way Integrations: Establish bidirectional links with external systems.
- Transform Data: Process both tabular and unstructured data.
- Data Transformation: Implement data transformations as needed.
- Production Support: Establish support structures for running pipelines.
- Monitoring & Debugging: Monitor for data issues and troubleshooting.
- Performance Optimization: Improve pipeline speed and resource efficiency.
- Schema Design: Design a schema based on business and data requirements.
