As a Marketing Assistant / Community Manager, you will play a key role in driving our marketing initiatives, engaging with our online community, and creating impactful content. This is a full-time position ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment, and has a passion for creativity and marketing. You will be responsible for social media management, content creation, strategic planning, and executing digital marketing campaigns.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and manage social media content across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, X, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Create engaging posts, videos, and other content that resonate with our target audience
- Collaborate with marketing team to design and execute effective campaigns
- Analyze and report on social media and marketing metrics
- Respond to customer inquiries and engage with online communities in a positive manner
- Assist with the development of marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and sales
- Stay updated on the latest trends in digital marketing and social media

**Qualifications**:

- Bilingual in English and Spanish (must be fluent in both languages)
- 2+ years of experience in social media management, digital marketing, or a related field
- Strong knowledge of all major social media platforms and content creation tools
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- University graduate in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- Familiarity with the Cartagena, Colombia tourism market is a plus
- Creative, quick-thinking, and able to work independently
- Strong attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills
