**About the role**
As a Presales Consultant specialized in Microsoft Security solutions, you will partner with our sales teams and customers to design secure, scalable, and efficient technology solutions. You’ll play a key role in positioning Microsoft’s security capabilities, creating tailored proposals, and guiding customers through the technical aspects of our offerings. This role combines technical expertise, business acumen, and strong communication skills to influence decision-making and enable successful solution adoption.
**Key Responsibilities**
**Solution Design & Positioning**
- Collaborate with sales teams to understand customer needs and business challenges related to cybersecurity.
- Design security solutions leveraging Microsoft technologies (e.g., Microsoft Defender, Sentinel, Entra ID, Purview).
- Prepare and deliver compelling technical presentations and demonstrations to showcase capabilities and value.
**Technical Advisory**
- Act as a trusted advisor to customers, providing guidance on Microsoft security best practices, compliance, and integration with existing systems.
- Support the creation of Proof of Concepts (PoCs) and solution prototypes to validate approaches.
**Proposal Support**
- Translate business requirements into accurate, cost-effective technical proposals.
- Collaborate with delivery and project teams to ensure proposed solutions are viable and aligned with implementation capabilities.
**Collaboration & Enablement**
- Work closely with internal technical specialists, partner teams, and Microsoft representatives to stay aligned with the latest product roadmaps and updates.
- Deliver internal training sessions to sales and delivery teams on Microsoft security offerings.
**Market & Partner Engagement**
- Participate in customer and partner meetings to promote security solutions and identify new opportunities.
- Support marketing activities such as webinars, workshops, and industry events focused on Microsoft security.

**What we need to see from you**
**Profile**
Bachelor's Degree in System, Computer, Information TI Engineering or a related field with experience how Presales Consultant - Security (Microsoft Solutions).
**Technical Skills**Designing, positioning, and implementing secure and scalable solutions using Microsoft technologies, with a strong understanding of Azure and cloud security principles.- Pre-sales experience supporting commercial teams through technical presentations, demonstrations, proofs of concept (PoC), and solution proposals for Microsoft security offerings.- Knowledge of the full sales cycle, translating business requirements into technical solutions, and proficiency with CRM tools for channel management and sales forecasting, along with a deep understanding of the cybersecurity and cloud technology landscape, including Microsoft’s market position and emerging trends.
**Commercial Skills**Ability to understand customer needs, create value propositions, and align Microsoft security solutions with business outcomes.- Skill in guiding customers, handling objections, and influencing decision-making for the adoption of security solutions.- Mastery of negotiation tactics to achieve mutually beneficial agreements.- Proven experience in identifying and developing new business opportunities within the Microsoft ecosystem.
**Soft Skills**Ability to establish and maintain strong relationships with customers, Microsoft partner teams, and internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and promote the adoption of solutions.- Ability to assess customer needs, analyze market trends, and identify opportunities to position Microsoft solutions.- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of engaging both technical and non-technical audiences.
**Nice To Have (But Not Mandatory)**:
- Microsoft certifications in Security, Compliance, and Identity (e.g., SC-200, SC-300, AZ-500).
