Sales Representative/appointment Setter

**Requirements**:_
- Excellent English level (speaking, listening, and writing)
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
- Great attitude.
- Responsible and committed.
- Confidentially and persuasively guide the sales process.
- Attending to customers’ requests or inquiries and filing of documents.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
- **Essential Functions**_
- Calling on new patients that are obtained through digital marketing campaign.
- Scheduling these patients for an appointment with a surgeon
- Answering questions about the surgery
- Answering questions about the process to get the surgery (make doctors new patient appointment, get xrays/MRI, get pre-auth from insurance company, schedule surgery at the hospital)
- Follow up calls with the patient after the appointment to make sure they had a good experience and that all of their questions are answered.
- Explain to them their VOB, how much they have to pay
**Salary**:
Base: 3.200.000
Bonus: 350.000 COP the first 3 months (it will increase after this period)
