As a **Track and Trace Specialist **you will be responsible for analyzing, interpreting data and providing logistics information to aid cost-effective, efficient, timely, and high-quality logistics solutions.

**Some of your responsibilities will be**:

- Track and trace loads and update their status in the system.
- Communicate and do follow-ups on carriers and drivers.
- Keep in touch with the clients, giving them updates about their load status, and the actual location of the driver or ETA (Estimated Time of Arrival).
- Collect, update and add notes and documentation to the system regarding the transportation process.
- Detect any issues that may arise in the logistics operation.

**Minimum requirements**:

- **Experience**:Desirable 6 months of experience working in bilingual customer service, bilingual operations or logistics. Internship experience will also be considered.
- **Language**:Very good English skills. B2+ or C1 is preferred.

**Perks**:

- ** Schedule**:Monday to Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (We work by the American calendar)
- **Contract**: Indefinite term contract (Special emerging contract) + Benefits.
- **Places**: Only for Bogotá or Medellín. This position will be on-site at Medellín or Bogotá.
- **Salary**:$ 2'500.000 COP.
