Key Responsibilities:
Financial Planning and Analysis:

- Lead the budgeting and forecasting process for the business unit, coordinating with various departments to gather relevant data.
- Prepare detailed financial models to support business decision-making and strategic initiatives.
- Conduct variance analysis to compare actual results to budgeted projections, identifying trends and areas of concern.

Reporting and Insights:

- Develop and deliver accurate and timely financial reports, dashboards, and presentations to senior management.
- Provide insights on financial performance, key metrics, and operational efficiencies to drive business growth.

Business Partnership:

- Act as a financial advisor to business unit leaders, providing guidance on financial implications of operational decisions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to evaluate business opportunities, pricing strategies, and cost-saving initiatives.

Process Improvement:

- Identify opportunities for process enhancements to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of financial operations.
- Implement and maintain financial policies and procedures to ensure compliance and best practices.

Team Leadership:

- Mentor and develop junior finance staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional growth within the finance team.
- Lead and participate in projects and initiatives that support the overall objectives of the finance department and the business unit.

**Qualifications**:
Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
- Minimum of [8] years of experience in financial management, financial analysis, or related roles, preferably within a business unit environment.
- Strong proficiency in financial modeling, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Proven track record of providing strategic financial insights and driving decision-making.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial software/ERP systems.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in financial reporting.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills.
