Job Description:
The North Spanish LATAM Cybersecurity Officer (L-CSO) is responsible for defining and implementing the company's cybersecurity strategy, aligned with group and business strategies, across three LATAM entities: Colombia, Panama, and Peru. This role ensures the protection of information systems from internal and external threats, maintains compliance with cybersecurity standards, and manages cybersecurity risks. The L-CSO collaborates closely with other departments and the global Cybersecurity team to ensure proactive cybersecurity and effective incident management.

Your next challenge
As the North Spanish LATAM Cybersecurity Officer (L-CSO) you will be responsible for defining and implementing the company's cybersecurity strategy, aligned with group and business strategies, across three LATAM entities: Colombia, Panama, and Peru. This role ensures the protection of information systems from internal and external threats, maintains compliance with cybersecurity standards, and manages cybersecurity risks. You will also collaborate closely with other departments and the global Cybersecurity team to ensure proactive cybersecurity and effective incident management.

What you’ll be doing:

- Manage and oversee local cybersecurity operations to protect data and systems.
- Develop and implement local cybersecurity strategies and policies.
- Monitor and report on local cybersecurity performance metrics.
- Conduct security assessments and audits.
- Collaborate with IT and business teams to ensure compliance with security standards.
- Provide leadership and direction to the local cybersecurity team.

Certifications Requirements:

- Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) or equivalent required.

Education Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Master’s degree preferred.

Work Experience Requirements:

- 7+ years of experience in cybersecurity management.
- 3+ years in a management role.

Languages:

- Spanish (Native/Full professional proficiency)
- English (Advanced)
