World Business Lenders (WBL) provides general purpose short-term real estate collateralized commercial loans to a broad customer base comprised of small and medium sized businesses throughout the United States that lack access to traditional funding. WBL services its loan portfolio and loan portfolios for third parties, specializing in the management of non-performing loan pools and REO.
WBL is a U.S.based company with a 100% remote workforce.
This is a remote Contract/Consultant position. Working hours will be 9:00am-6:00pm Eastern Time, Monday through Friday, although hours worked may be greater based upon operational requirements. The job requires excellent oral and written command of the English language. Resumes must be submitted in English.

**Responsibilities**:
- Generating reports, dashboards, and visualizations to communicate findings to stakeholders effectively.
- Conducting regular analysis of sales performance metrics, including revenue, sales volume, conversion rates, and customer acquisition costs.
- Identifying key trends, patterns, and correlations in the data to inform decision-making.
- Developing sales forecasts based on historical data and market trends.
- Providing actionable insights to sales managers and executives to optimize sales strategies and tactics.
- Recommending process improvements and initiatives to drive sales growth and enhance operational efficiency.
- Other projects and duties as assigned.
**Requirements**:
- 100% fluency in English, with exceptional English verbal and written communication skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or a related field. A Master's degree or certification in Business Intelligence or Data Analytics is a plus.
- Proven experience in business intelligence, data analysis, or sales analytics roles, preferably in a sales-driven organization.
- Proficiency in data manipulation and analysis using SQL, Python, R, or similar programming languages.
- Hands-on experience with business intelligence and data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or QlikView.
