You have deep knowledge of engineering theory and systems design, leading the continuous improvement and quality practices for software engineering. You lead teams on complex engagements, provide technical coaching, line management and support to members within your team.

You demonstrate high levels of ownership and responsibility and support teams to achieve successful outcomes and can lead in non-technical and technical discussions and debate.

About the Job

You have the ability to lead engineering tasks and teams on high complexity projects and can suggest ways the team can work more efficiently. You’re a strong line manager and mentor who proactively conducts one on ones without prompting.

About You

You’re an experienced mobile developer who’s passionate about all things iOS with good exposure to Swift for iOS and can write your own unit tests to ensure good quality, clean code is always produced.

You enjoy working within an agile team and have good understanding of agile principles.

An added bonus would be if you have experience with any of the following: Objective C development for iOS, React Native, Firebase, Enterprise security and Systems Architecture.
