We serve the U.S. with more than 100 IT professionals in operations centers across Latin America, including Colombia, Mexico, Brazil, and Costa Rica.
**Job Description**:
We are currently looking for a Senior Fullstack Lead developer.Net - Angular to work with a large American enterprise with Team Leading experience, Scrum knowledge and a background of designing and building e2e software systems.
As a software engineer, you’ll ensure high-quality standards in our projects to successfully complete them.
- Design solutions that use and enforce software design patters
Promote quality standards using unit tests with Jest, linting and other tools.
- Be accountable for delivery and direct communication with the client
- Lead scrum ceremonies, 50% management / 50% coding
- Mentor fellow team members, do code reviews, train people
- Work with transparency and propose alternative solutions when problems arise**Qualifications**:
- Strong experience y.Net, Angular or similar frameworks/languages
- RDBMS and NoSQL experience
- You have designed and built software from database to UI
- Knowledgeable in Architecture and Design patterns
- Agile practices knowledge
- Cloud experience in Azure or any other is a plus
- Strong GIT expertise and branching strategies
Additional Information
Ability to work effectively in a team environment and an aptitude for collaboration with diverse teams as well as work independently and multi-task effectively.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment that includes an aggressive release schedule, multiple concurrent projects and evolving business requirements.
Strong troubleshooting, debugging and analytical skills.
