The role in Strategic Operations is a crucial role within the evolving Marketing Solutions organization to drive organizational scale and effectiveness. This role is responsible for working with core stakeholders in Marketing Solutions and other leaders as an internal consultant to design, implement, and measure the results of key strategic projects.

**What You'll Bring**:
What You ll Bring:
Bachelor s degree in marketing, communications, advertising, finance, business management, or similar
4+ years of experience in strategic planning, project management, product management, andor operations
Experience utilizing and reporting in Salesforce, SharePoint, DOMOTableau, and JIRA andor Rally.
Expertise in project management, driving next steps with a variety of internal stakeholders, and creating deck templates and dashboards
Experience working in both agile and waterfall environments
Experience in media, marketing, technology, data as a service, or similar industry
Ability to deliver quantifiable efficiencies and performance optimization across multiple teams
Strong attention to detail, work ethic and business acumen
Experience developing presentations, creating and executing new processes, and communicating updates cross-functionally

**Impact You'll Make**:
Liaise with cross functional teams across Operations, GTM, Product, Analytics, Revenue Management, etc. to ensure a prioritized, scalable, and documented operational approach in Marketing Solutions
Collaborate with the rest of the TU matrix organization (Finance, Membership, other U.S. Markets Verticals, Global Technology, Information Security, Analytics, Data Strategy, Marketing, Content Acquisition, TU Integrations teams) and streamline processes and integrations for Marketing Solutions
Communicate with technical and non-technical audiences to promote results-driven change throughout product development lifecycle process
Support business planning, goal-setting, measurement framework, and communication plans for assigned projects
Leverage key mediamarketing technology expertise to increase the operational effectiveness for the overall Marketing Solutions organization
