As a an Ads Manager, you will be responsible for creating and optimizing Meta and Tiktok ad campaigns to drive traffic, generate leads, and increase conversions.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement effective Facebook ad strategies to achieve campaign objectives - Conduct thorough research and analysis to identify target audiences, keywords, and competitors
- Create compelling ad copy and visuals that resonate with the target audience
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize ads for maximum ROI
- Conduct A/B testing to improve ad performance and conversion rates
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align Facebook ad campaigns with overall marketing initiatives
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in Facebook advertising

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a Meta Ads Manager or similar role
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or related field.
- Soft skills: proactive, responsible, with Initiative and analytical thinking, innovative, problem solver, curious, ability to understand the market
- Strong knowledge of SEM, web analytics, media planning, and media buying
- In-depth understanding of advertising principles and best practices
- Experience in e-commerce, performance marketing, and conversion optimization
- Familiarity with affiliate marketing is a plus
- Excellent analytical skills and ability to interpret data to drive decision-making
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
